Ensemble Festival
-
Annual Piano Ensemble Festival is sponsored by Fullerton College Music
Department and the Orange County Branch of MTAC. Team categories are from early intermediate through
collegiate and teacher levels. Auditions are held from 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM culminating in the 7:30 PM “Circle of Winners” Concert.
Each team is evaluated
by two adjudicators. All students receive written evaluations.
Certificates are awarded only to those students attending the evening
concert. Students performing in the concert will receive awards, and
cash award to grand prize winner of each category.
Collegiate
level being the newest addition to the festival, a grand prize winning
team in this category will receive Kawai digital pianos this year,
graciously donated by Kawai Piano Company.
