A highly competitive contest for MTAC teachers and students throughout
California. Original
compositions are judged by two evaluators. All entrants receive written
comments. The winners of the contest must perform the winning pieces at
Convention in order to receive their cash prizes.

Requirements: Any student or teacher, any level or age.

Requirements: Composition manuscript must be done by the composer,
either by hand or on computer.
